The park is open from 9 am to 5 pm. Arrive early and enjoy a full day of activities!
This adventure is perfect for non-certified or beginner scuba divers.
Never scuba dived before? Our Discover Scuba Diving experience at Chankanaab Park is designed specifically for first-time divers. You’ll start with a short, easy-to-understand briefing where your instructor explains how the equipment works and how to equalize comfortably. From there, you’ll enjoy a guided shallow-water dive in calm conditions - perfect for building confidence while exploring Cozumel’s marine life.
This program is ideal if you:

✔ Want to try diving without committing to certification
✔ Prefer a controlled, beginner-friendly environment
The Beach Club includes: A free sea lion show at the dolphinarium, beach chairs, beach palapas (huts), hammocks, a Pre-Hispanic replica area, a Mayan House, tropical gardens, life jackets, bathrooms & showers.
